We work with Starbucks franchisees throughout the UK as both their planning agent and principal designer. Our planning works cover all aspects such as change of use applications, advertisements, external seating applications, highways licensing, and building control. Fulfilling their requirements under CDM, as principal designer we also coordinate shop layouts with all the consultants to achieve a suitable construction package for their stores. Our expertise within this specialist sector is assisting with an extensive rollout programme for both new store openings and image refurbs of existing stores throughout the forthcoming years.
