The Moat House

At this unique moated equestrian and country residence, we have remodelled the existing house, redeveloped the stable blocks and extensive annexe dwellings, and that's not to mention the new build lake house about to go into construction!

Within the main house, we have opened up a large double height space by the entrance, designed a new staircase, remodelled the kitchen and dining area into a single larger space, reworked numerous bedrooms as well as general aesthetic improvements throughout.

At the Stable blocks we were faced with converting an assortment of horse boxes, tack, staff and therapy rooms. The result is a leisure complex for the owners favourite hobbies that now feature a music studio, wine cellar, cycle garage, virtual golf range, and yoga retreat. We have also redesigned and rebuilt the covered pool recreational and outdoor kitchen areas. You will see a complete refurbishment of all the existing annexe dwellings.

Finally, we have just received planning to replace the existing southernmost stable block with a new self contained 2-bedroom dwelling. The Lake House, will go into construction early next year.
