We have been appointed to introduce Slapfish to the UK, starting with the design and planning of their first modern seafood shack in Camden.

Slapfish takes the fine dining mantra and put sit into a fast-casual model. Slapfish combines a passion for food and restaurant economics to find the most efficient way to operate for the guests. They aim to change the way people eat seafood by keeping it absurdly fresh and refreshingly responsible. The store integrates new trends, ideas, menu items and sustainable practices to always stay ahead of the game.
